1. No Refunds

All purchases made on kinovai are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription plans and credit packs. Please review your plan details and pricing carefully before completing any purchase.

2. Credit Packs

Purchased credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. Credits never expire and remain available for use. They are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard to prevent future charges. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current paid period. We do not prorate or refund unused time.

4. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle. We will notify active subscribers via email at least 30 days before any price increase.
